Our family business was founded in 1984 when Patricia Crook bought a fish and chip shop in Preston, Lancashire. We have owned several shops in Lancashire but Skippers of Euxton has been our base for the past thirteen years.
Our owner, Andrew Crook, is the current President of the National Federation of Fish Friers. This is the organisation that protects and promotes the fish and chip industry and often sees Andrew representing fish and chips in the media.
